These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Numo (the “Service”), operated by Numo LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by probing or testing the vulnerability of any system, interfering with other users, or using the Service to send unsolicited communications.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it reverts to the Free tier. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Monitoring is a best-effort aid, not a substitute for your own operational safeguards.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including missed alerts or undetected failures.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
