This Privacy Policy describes how Numo LLC (“we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Numo (the “Service”).
Information we collect
Account data: your name, email, and profile details. Workspace data: organizations, projects, checks, and alert configuration you create. Usage data: pings received, alert history, and diagnostic logs.
How we use information
To provide and operate the Service, deliver alerts, process payments, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
Processors we use
We rely on trusted third parties to run the Service: Supabase (authentication + database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare R2 (asset storage), and Sentry (error diagnostics). Each processes data only as needed to provide their function.
Data retention
We retain workspace data for as long as your account is active. Deleting a workspace removes its projects, checks, pings, and alert history. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us to exercise these rights.
Security
We use encryption in transit, row-level security for multi-tenant isolation, and asymmetric JWT signing for authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
