FAQ

Is the price per product or per workspace?
Per product. Each product you turn on is billed on the tier you pick for it — so you only pay for what you actually use. They share one workspace, one set of members and channels, and roll up into a single monthly invoice.
What do members and alert channels depend on?
They're shared across your whole workspace and follow your highest active plan. Put any one product on Pro and the entire team gets Pro's member and channel limits — you don't need to upgrade all four.
Do you charge per team member?
No. Plans are a flat monthly price per product. Invite as many teammates as your plan's member limit allows, at no extra per-seat cost.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Creating a resource beyond your plan's limit is blocked with a prompt to upgrade that product. Everything you already have keeps running — nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any product from the Stripe customer portal; it stays active until the end of the billing period, then reverts to Free.
