FAQ

How does per-product pricing work?
Each product you turn on is billed on its own — at the tier you pick for it, at that product's price. So you only pay for what you actually use. They share one workspace and roll up into a single monthly invoice.
What's shared across products?
Your team members and alert channels are workspace-wide and follow your highest active plan. Put any one product on Pro and the whole team gets Pro's member and channel limits — you don't upgrade all of them.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — annual billing is 2 months free (about 17% off) on every product. Toggle Monthly/Annual above the cards.
What if I need more than Business?
Enterprise has custom limits, retention, SSO, invoicing and an SLA. Get in touch and we'll tailor it to your team.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Creating a resource beyond your plan's limit is blocked with a prompt to upgrade that product. Everything you already have keeps running — nothing is deleted.
